Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of www.leadsler.com (“Leadsler”, “we”), operated by Leadsler: the guides, every other page, and a Leadsler Money account. By using the site, and again when you create an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. A purchase in Leadsler Money is governed by the terms of sale; where the two differ, the terms of sale apply to the purchase.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site — the guides, the Money Methods, the AI City and anything else we publish — is general information and education. It is not professional, financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or safety advice, it cannot take your particular situation into account, and it is not a promise of any result or income. Every guide is checked by a person and states its sources; the AI City (no longer sold since 10 October 2026; earlier buyers keep their access) is a live view of a running system that can be incomplete or out of date at any moment. Use your own judgement, check the sources and the current rules of any product, platform or service you use, and ask a qualified professional where your situation calls for it.
You decide, and you are responsible for your own choices
Whether and how you act on anything you read here is your own decision. You are responsible for complying with the law where you live and where you act, for the taxes on your own earnings, for any licence, registration or permission your activity needs, for the safe use of products and tools (always follow their instructions and safety warnings), and for what you do with other people's platforms and services. Those platforms, tools, shops, payment providers and other websites belong to others: we do not control them, they can change or end at any time, and their terms apply between you and them. We do not supervise what you do with our content, and we are not a party to anything you do with it.
Accounts
A Leadsler Money account is free and for people aged 18 or over, one per person. Give a working e-mail address and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what you do under your login. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account, and change your password (every sign-in then ends). You may not use the site or an account to break the law, to harm the site or other people, to scrape, copy or republish our content, or to share or resell access. If you do, we may suspend or close the account; we warn you first unless the breach is serious. You can delete your account at any time in your account; the privacy policy says what we keep. We may change or stop free features of the site; what you have bought is governed by the terms of sale.
No warranty
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site or its content is complete, current, accurate, free of errors, secure, uninterrupted or suitable for your purpose, and we do not promise any result from using it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. For what you have bought in Leadsler Money, the legal guarantee of conformity in the terms of sale applies in full.
Limitation of liability
We are liable to you under the law for damage caused by our own failure or negligence. If you are a consumer and what you bought in Leadsler Money is faulty or not as described, the terms of sale apply, and so does your right to compensation for the loss this causes; the limits below do not apply to that. For everything else, the following limits apply, each on its own:
- Indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profit, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data or missed opportunities.
- Your decisions. We are not liable for the outcome of decisions you take on the basis of the content — the site is general information, and the section “You decide” applies — unless the loss is caused by an error in the content for which we are responsible.
- Others. We are not liable for the platforms, tools, products or websites of others that you choose to use; this does not cover the suppliers we use ourselves, such as our hosting or our payment provider where it acts for us (Link's own role as merchant of record is governed by its terms; see the terms of sale), for which we remain responsible under the law. Nor are we liable for events outside our reasonable control.
- Amount. For a Leadsler Money purchase, our total liability for all other claims is limited, for one event, to the price you paid or €250, whichever is higher (the terms of sale say the same). For the free use of the site, our total liability for one event is limited to €250.
- Business users. If you use the site for a business, we are liable only for intent or gross negligence, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from how you or your business use the site or its content.
None of these limits applies to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for fraud, and none of them takes away your rights as a consumer under mandatory law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for what you bought. If a court finds one of these terms invalid, the others keep applying.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (see our affiliate disclosure). Products are sold by Amazon and its sellers, not by us, and your purchase is governed by the seller's terms. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of websites we link to.
Copyright
The texts, images and other material on this site are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to our guides for personal, non-commercial use; you may not republish, scrape or redistribute them without our permission. Material from the sources we cite belongs to their respective owners. What you unlock in Leadsler Money is licensed for your own use as the terms of sale describe.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; the version published when you use the site applies. For an account, the version you accepted when you created it applies until we tell you about a new one; an account created before we recorded acceptance is governed by the current version. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site or delete your account. What you have bought keeps the terms of sale it was ordered under.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
