Data Deletion

This page explains how to ask Leadsler to delete data about you.

What we may hold about you

• Visits to our website. We record page views and clicks without cookies and without storing your IP address (see our privacy policy). These records contain no name, email address or other identifier you could give us, so we usually cannot find records that relate to you.
• Instagram and Pinterest. Leadsler's Instagram and Pinterest apps are used only to publish to Leadsler's own accounts. We do not offer a “log in with Instagram” or Pinterest sign-in to visitors and do not receive data about you through these apps. Likes, comments and follows are held by Instagram (Meta) or Pinterest; you can remove them there at any time.
• YouTube. Leadsler's YouTube API access is used only to upload to Leadsler's own channels and to read their statistics. We receive no data about the people who watch or comment; comments and likes are held by YouTube (Google), where you can remove them at any time.
• Emails you sent us. Your email address and messages.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@leadsler.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us which data you want deleted (for example: my emails, or data received through Instagram) and how we can reach you.
3. We confirm when the data has been deleted. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires, unless the law obliges us to keep something; then we tell you what and why.

Complaints

You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the data protection authority where you live.
